In Hooker (1847) as Lycopersicon peruanum var. aparviflorum, Stewart (1911) as Lycopersicum exculentum var. minor. This species, as reported by Wiggins & Porter (1971), most likely also refers to Lycopersicum esculentum sensu Andersson (1855).
