Simon Laegaard (27.04.2003): I can only see some minor and gradual quantitative differences in Paspalum galapageium and do not think that this is enough for separation in two varieties. This may also include Paspalum redundans which has only slightly larger spikelets than the largest that are referred to P. galapageium.
