Taylor no. 34-402; 31 January 1934; dredged from a sandy bottom at 36-55 m off an islet in Gardner Bay. Hancock Foundation (Taylor 1945: 259, 260). Notes: Type tetrasporic and cystocarpic (Taylor, 1945).
