Distribution: (F. telja) Bahia Cholla, Puerto Peñasco northern extreme of the Gulf of California, Bahia San Francisco in Western side Gulf of California, Revillagigedo, Gulf of Chiriquí and Galapagos Islands (Gosliner, 1994). México (Sonora) and Ecuador (Galapagos Islands) (Hickman, 1999).
