Distribution: Distribution: Canada to Argentina. Galápagos distribution: Fernandina, Isabela (Cerro Aul, Sierra Negra, V. Alcedo, V. Darwin, V. Wolf), Marchena, San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz, Santiago.
