Distribution: Mediterranean, Arctic, Atlantic Islands, Europe, S. America, Middle East, South-west Asia, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Antarctic and Antarctic islands and Galapagos Island (Carnicer et al., 2019; Guiry & Guiry, 2024).
