Syn.: Bradycellus galapagorum galapagorum, B. galapagorum santiagoensis, B. isabelanus. Re-examination of the type material of Franz (1985) (Desender, in prep.) does not support the validity of the above names, which are therefore here proposed as new synonyms for the variable species B. insularis.
