Annual herb with a narrow base and expanded petals. Flower minute, 4-merous, calyx lobes triangular, petals white (Wiggins and Porter, 1971).

Scrambling over shrubs and rocks in shady areas in the Scalesia Zone (Wiggins and Porter, 1971).
