Taxon category: Accepted
Syn.: Acribus serrativentris C. Waterhouse, 1877, fide Peck (2006). This species was originally placed in Clambidae and excluded from any later Galápagos list. Endrody-Younga (1959: 82) indicated that the species is a cybocephaline nitidulid, and we agree after examining specimens. Acribus is now considered to be a synonym of Cybocephalus and would thus not be endemic.
Origin: Endemic
