Peperomia galioides Kunth

congona

Terrestrial or epiphytic herb with thick stems and slender branches. The spikes are terminal and axillary, and the nodes are pellucid-dotted and yellow-glandular beneath when dry. It is loosely flowered and the fruit is globose (Wiggins and Porter, 1971).

Widely distributed in moist places in forests and jungles (Wiggins and Porter, 1971).
