Distribution: circumtropical; Eastern Pacific from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to Panama and Clippterton, Cocos, Revillagigedos and Ecuador in Galapagos Islands. Mouth of the Gulf of California to Ecuador and all the oceanic islands.
