Back silvery, yellowish brown fading to cream or white belly. (Similar Burrito Grunt distinguished by yellown tail and fins and lack of golden eye). Length of 25cm
Habitat: Most active at night, during the day small schools rest near the protection of overhanging ledges, lava boulders or coral
