Silvery gray with darkish scales markings forming wavy lines that angle across back. Scales less obvious and more lightly marked than those of the Mojarra Grunt [below] and Burrito Grunts. Size: 15-25cm
Habitat: Schooling species; above reefs and hard substrate with good water movement
