Distribution

Distribution: Indo-Pacific; only a few localities in the eastern Pacific: Clippteron, Clarion, San Benedicto, Revillagigedos, off Baja California and Ecuador in the Galápagos Islands. Tip of Baja California, Costa Rica to Western Panama and all oceanic islands.
