Whitish spots often tinted yellowish to bluish; head and body reddish brown to gray and greenish gray. No spots on fins; pectoral, dorsal and anl fins translucent. Lengths of at least 9 cm.
Habitat: Rocky reefs, near caves and cervices

Origin: Vagrant
Distribution: Tropical Indo-Pacific, but not reported in the eastern Pacific except from Ecuador in Galápagos Islands and western Panama.
