Ascendent herb with 4-angled stems, pilose. Leaf blade ovate to elliptic, abaxial blade pilose. Inflorescens in racemes axillary or terminal; corolla purple, yellow or white, the middle lobe of lower lip with violet markings (WFO, 2022).
Generally disturbed areas, grassland, roadside, old farmlands, riverine forest, or hilly grounds and all soil types. Cultivated (WFO, 2022).
